Refund and Returns Policy

1.  We accept returns for pre-approved return items only.  You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 10 days of your purchase, if you have an approved reason for the return.  If 10 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us via email at dolldealz@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue BEFORE mailing the return back. Returns must be approved before you ship the item back.
2. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to process once it is submitted. You will not be reimbursed for shipping and import fees.
3. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Import fees will not be refunded. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
4. All returned items must ship via USPS Priority Mail packaged inside a box. All returned items must ship with a tracking number, additional insurance to fully cover the item, and signature request upon delivery. Import fees must be paid for by you. Failure to properly return an item may exclude you from a refund. 
5. All items ship with ship insurance so if your item is damaged, lost in transit, or delivered to the wrong location, you must file a claim with USPS.

7. Exceptions: Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include: Sale items and dolls that are still wrapped in their factory tissue paper. I am not responsible for manufacturer defects if you purchased an item that was blind packaged (wrapped in original tissue paper).
8. Return Shipping Address. To return the item you purchased, please email us at dolldealz@gmail.com and we will give you the address to ship to. Again, all returns must be approved before they are mailed back and all returned items must ship via USPS Priority Mail packaged inside a box. All returned items must ship with a tracking number, additional insurance to fully cover the item, and signature request upon delivery. Import fees must be paid for by you. Failure to properly return an item may exclude you from a refund.
